Marianne joined Curl la Tourelle Architects in 2003, bringing with her over 11 years experience in housing, office building design and mixed use projects. She specialises in social housing and is associate in charge of affordable housing within the practice.
She has extensive experience of working closely with town planning authorities, clients and contractors right through a project, from planning to implementation and construction stages.
Her work at Curl la Tourelle Architects has included
Elmgrove Road a high density inner city social housing development and
Bolsover Street, which involved an affordable residential component for a £46.5m mixed development in central London.
Recently, she has been working on the social housing component of
New Providence Wharf in London's Docklands, the provision of 22 affordable units on a brownfield site at
Lakeview Road together with play areas and landscaping and the refurbishment of a Grade II listed house in a conservation zone in London's Vincent Square.
